How can I make my own Mr. Potato Head of papier mache?

I'm doing my own Mr. Potato Head of papier mache and I'm stuck on how to make that the real parts of him as his eyes and mouth. Does anyone have any idea? It would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I'd like to fly a balloon of oblong shape and constructed of papier mache as the base, let dry and make sure your paint and soft, then add (tail), functions of paper mache. They papier mache which is very thin, and make great features to add on the form. Check in the art shop for bags of paper mache and you can make your own responsibility. Fun
